A multi-agency discussion or meeting between relevant individuals to share information and agree how to proceed with the Enquiry/assessment, considering all known facts. It can be face to face or by telephone and should start to bring together the intelligence, held in different agencies, about the adult, the person causing harm and approaches that each agency can take to instigate protective actions.
